3 years warranty
With our Handy Tech Braille displays, you benefit from an extended manufacturer's warranty period of three years.
Our exclusive service for you: For the duration of the repair of your Handy Tech Braille display, we will provide you with a free loaner device if required.
2 years warranty
All other Help Tech equipment comes with a two-year warranty.
Repair out of warranty
Even after the warranty has expired, we offer a professional repair at a charge. In this case, we check the device in advance and prepare a cost estimate. Request a cost estimate now, which you can submit to your cost carrier, for example.
Your device is defective? This is how you proceed.
3. Send in device
Pack the unit in such a way that it is suitable for transport and send it to our head office or your dealer. Please enclose all cables and power supply units supplied with the unit as well as the completed repair form.

4. Receipt of the device
As soon as we receive the device, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt.
Our repair team will contact you to discuss the further procedure.
We make sure that you get your repaired device back as soon as possible.
By parcel service you will receive your device back after the repair.
Braille displays for rent
Help Tech has a wide range of Handy Tech Braille displays available for you as replacement devices. This way, you do not have to do without your Braille display in case of a device defect.
During the warranty
During the three-year warranty period, this service is free of charge for our customers.
After the warranty
After the warranty period, we charge a flat rate for a loaner device. If the repair of your device is delayed, you will not incur any further costs.
